Most AI advice focuses on clever prompts. This workshop gives you a solid tool you will use again and again.
At this month’s Social Media Breakfast Houston, Kami Huyse and Jennifer Texada will show you how to stop starting from scratch every time you sit down with AI. In the first half hour, they’ll break down what a Smart Card is and why it turns scattered prompting into a repeatable system.
Then it’s build time!
You’ll build one yourself, live, with guidance every step of the way. You’ll leave with a working Smart Card built for your own work, ready to use right away with the AI tool of your choice.
Choose to create a tool that will help you build your monthly newsletter, proposals, client reports, a press release, or something else you do regularly and would like a repeatable process to help with.
This session is hands-on.
Bring a laptop and an AI tool that lets you upload files, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot. We’ll walk through how to start a project on ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Bring a real task you want AI to help with.
What you will learn:
How to spot and create a repeatable process you can hand off to AI.
What AI should do and what humans should keep control of.
How to organize your data and content so you aren’t trapped in one tool.
Why it’s worth creating a reusable Project, GPT, or Gem instead of starting over each time.
When it makes sense to use the desktop version of your AI tool.
How to set up a project in ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini so your Smart Card is ready to use.
