Make a difference this holiday season and learn something new at the same time!
On December 13th, the Houston Social Media Breakfast will meet with 10 local nonprofits to help them with a strategy to use social media for their charity. Eligible nonprofits receive pro bono advice from SMBHOU members with the goal of collaboratively developing an actionable, micro social media plan. Together, nonprofits will learn how to hone their social media approaches, tools, and technique while this working session allows SMBHOU members to give back to the community by sharing a special gift that only they can give – their expertise.
If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference this year, come to the event and help SMBHOU help others! No special skills are required to volunteer— you only need a willingness to learn and share. As a bonus, you receive access to a social media strategy method you can use for your own 2025 social media planning! It’s a win-win!
