This two-part event focuses on how business agility supports innovation in your start-up, empowers your teams, improves performance, and helps your business outpace your competitors.
We will focus on defining business agility and identifying the values, culture, and practices it can bring to a start-up. We will discuss how rapid and continuous feedback is vital to prolonged success, the importance of incremental delivery, the necessary ability to pivot when market conditions require it, introduce the concept of embracing failure as a learning opportunity, and most importantly, how to create an Agile mindset at your start-up that supports the Agile culture to thrive.
