Please Note: This is an Invite-Only Workshop for Startups
These small-group deep-dive sessions are geared toward venture-backed startups looking to scale quickly. Once you complete this three-part series, you’ll leave feeling empowered on your journey to raise capital and grow your startup. Hosted by Andrew Nicholson, Managing Director at Goose Capital and an Adjunct Professor at Rice Business, the series will begin with the due diligence process, sharing what VCs look for and how to prepare. Then you’ll cover the venture capital portfolio with an in-depth look at how the game works (stages, valuations, risks, and uncertainty). All of this sets you up for the final session, where you’ll discuss types, terms, and implications of securing your funding. April 25th marks the final session in this pilot series.
