SUMMARY:Cup of Joey
DESCRIPTION:What is the purpose of Cup of Joey? It is to create a connected culture of coffee shop-open networking across our region. Every Friday morning\, you’ll have the opportunity to meet new and expand your current networks\, talk about tech\, inspire innovation\, and create community. \nSo\, what is the difference between a cup of joe and a Cup of Joe-Y? It is the WHY. It’s not what you do. It is why you do it! \nAt the Ion\, these are questions that we want to explore with the tech and innovation community. So\, show up\, be friendly\, and make new connections. Know your why\, and we will get to the future together. \nThe future is only a cup away.

SUMMARY:SCORE Office Hours
DESCRIPTION:How can Office Hours at the Ion help you?  \nOffice Hours at the Ion exist to introduce people to the Ion\, our events\, resources\, programs\, and partners that support the entrepreneurial journey. \nOffice Hours aims to support people who are seeking their next step in taking their idea to an enterprise by illuminating pathways to success for founders and small business owners. For example\, maybe you have a draft business plan and need a mentor. Perhaps you are a small business owner and need to know about funding options. Maybe you would like to learn more about incubators and accelerator programs for tech-enabled companies. \nIon office hours are held in collaboration with SCORE each Friday morning (excluding holidays). \n Additional partners will be on site the second Friday of each month (excluding holidays).  \nResource tables include: \nIon \nThe Small Business Administration \nSCORE  \nLiftFund \nSmall Business Development Center \nOur office hours will occur after the Cup of Joey networking event in the lobby.  Representatives of the above organizations are subject to availability.
