His current venture is Persona AI\, a Houston-based startup seeking to build the world’s toughest humanoid.\nRadford received his BSEE and MSEE in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Houston\, and is a member of Tiger 21 and the Young President’s Organization.

He then transitioned to the oil and gas industry\, where he spent another decade leading teams in financial and operational controls\, as well as audit. \nLenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Tulane University. He is a Certified Mergers & Acquisition Professional\, a Six Sigma Green Belt\, and a Project Management Professional.
